El Nido Miniloc Resort

Miniloc Island Resort, a second pair of green resort El Nido Resorts, also situated in the northern part of. Palawan, and has welcomed guests for over 20 years. The area of El Nido is a showcase of geology and wildlife of Palawan. El Nido gets its name from the nests of birds of Filipino-salangan living here in the crevices of limestone rocks. From their nests (po-isp. “nido”) prepare delicious soup “El Nido”. The magnificent limestone cliffs as if guarding the clean sea water, inhabited by hundreds of species of tropical fish and coral, as well as three species of rare sea turtles facing extinction. In the tropical forests of El Nido more than 100 species of birds are living, many of them are found only in Palawan.

Miniloc Island Resort is located in a cove bordered by steep limestone cliffs. Reminiscent of the Philippine coastal village, the resort has Miniloc unique exotic charm, which only intensifies shine crystal clear water, in which glimpses strange fish. The resort waters off the coast with full of sea creatures. From the edge of the pier, guests can swim with snorkeling alongside sea bass, fish damselfish, and other colorful tropical fish. On the various islands and interesting parts of El Nido is easily accessible from Miniloc. Low water in the kayak tour – and you will enjoy the sights of Big and Little Lagoon.

Cottages and rooms in Miniloc are built under a thatched roof and furnished with age-old Filipino materials. Wooden floors and walls of woven bamboo, furniture, handmade from natural materials reinforce the Philippine resort flavor. However, modern equipment of all rooms provides guests with high-grade comfortable rest.
