Eskaya Beach Resort & Spa

The name “Eskaya” refers to the only known indigenous people of Bohol, Philippines. Eskaya Beach Resort is in Panglao Island, which is at the southernmost tip of Bohol. It is located halfway through Panglao along its coast facing Bohol Sea. The “all villa-resort” is a sprawling 16-hectare property. It has a boutique style with only 15 well-appointed villas which accounts for its privacy. Two villas, the Presidential & Family, have 2 bedrooms with 2 bathroom facilities & living room. The resort is a good place for those looking for peace & serenity. You cannot expect too many people around. But if you want night life, a few minutes you can be at Alona Beach.

Architecture of the buildings is decidedly Filipino with a splash of modern amenities. The thatched villas, or “balai” in the dialect, are single-detached. These are built with sturdy construction materials, but the ample use of indigenous materials like bamboo, cogon, and wood for finishing is highly evident.
